General enquiries

  • For information on the accessibility, completion and submission of the online census test questionnaire, see Need help with your questionnaire?.

If you haven't found the answer to your question, or require assistance to complete your census test questionnaire, please contact the Census Help Line. Agents are available every day from May 6 to June 28, with the exception of May 20.

  • Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern time).
